The museum operates on timed-entry slots, so your experience begins at a specific time. After entering through the ground-floor atrium — where a robot barista serves coffee and the building's hollow void opens dramatically above you — you're guided to start your journey on the OSS Hope floor: a simulated orbital space station set in 2071, complete with mission briefings and immersive soundscapes.

From there, five themed floors unfold: the HEAL Institute explores bio-engineering and ecological restoration; Al Waha offers a meditative digital wellness sanctuary; Tomorrow Today showcases near-future technologies from AI to quantum computing; and Future Heroes provides a dedicated, hands-on space for children. The Museum of the Future is directly connected to Emirates Towers Metro Station on the Dubai Metro Red Line via a short, air-conditioned pedestrian bridge — making it one of the most accessible major attractions in the city. The station is one stop north of the Financial Centre station and two stops from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. Taxis and ride-hailing services drop off at the main entrance on Sheikh Zayed Road. Paid parking is available nearby but traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road can be heavy during peak hours.
