Ski Dubai Tickets
Real snow in the desert — ski, snowboard, meet penguins, and toboggan inside a mall.
Ski Dubai
Only in Dubai would you find a world-class ski resort tucked inside a shopping mall. Ski Dubai at Mall of the Emirates is genuinely one of the most surreal experiences the city offers — real snow, real slopes, and real penguins, all maintained at −1°C while the desert heat blazes outside.
Five runs cater to every skill level, from a gentle beginners' slope to the world's first indoor black diamond run. But you don't need skis to enjoy Ski Dubai. The Snow Park is a self-contained snow playground — toboggans, tube slides, a snow cavern, and a zipline — while the penguin encounters add a bucket-list wildlife experience to the mix.

Is Ski Dubai Worth It?
Ski Dubai is one of Dubai's most distinctive and genuinely fun experiences — particularly for families and visitors from warm climates who have never seen real snow. The Snow Park pass starts from AED 195 and is outstanding value for 2 hours of snow play, with all equipment and clothing provided. For children, the novelty factor alone makes it a highlight of any Dubai trip.
For skiing enthusiasts, the slopes are limited in scale compared to real mountain resorts, but the black diamond run and chairlift make it more than just a novelty — it's a technically competent indoor ski venue. If your priority is outdoor thrills with warm sunshine and water, Wild Wadi Waterpark is the sun-soaked alternative just across the road. But for a truly only-in-Dubai experience — skiing in the desert — Ski Dubai absolutely delivers on its promise.
What to Expect at Ski Dubai
The temperature inside Ski Dubai hovers between −1°C and 2°C year-round. When you arrive, you'll be fitted with a full ski suit, gloves, helmet, and boots at the equipment station — bring your own warm base layers (thermal top and trousers) and thick socks. The fitting process takes around 15–20 minutes.
The Snow Park is the larger, more family-friendly section: a toboggan run, body tube slides, a snow cavern, and a climbing wall keep children entertained for hours. The ski and snowboard slopes are separated by a chairlift and are genuinely well-maintained with real snow. The famous Penguin Parade lets you meet the resident gentoo and king penguins up close — book this add-on when purchasing your main ticket, as encounters sell out fast. Weekends and school holidays are significantly busier, leading to longer lift queues. Early weekday mornings offer the best conditions and shortest waits.
