The facility is located in Nad Al Sheba, about 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai by car. There's no direct metro connection — take a taxi or Uber. The sessions run throughout the day and the whole experience (including briefing, dive, and recovery time) takes around 3–4 hours. The surface-level facilities include a restaurant, changing rooms, and viewing lounges that are open to non-diving guests who want to watch the action through the windows.
