Dubai is one of the best places in the world with a breathtaking cityscape view, especially at night.

If you want to experience this view, you can head to The Sky Views Observatory. It is the best place in Dubai where you can enjoy the picturesque 360° view of the city.

LocationYou can visit the Sky Views Observatory in the heart of Downtown Dubai, across the world-famous Burj Khalifa.

If you see a 50-story twin tower with a connecting bridge, you are in the right place. It is the Sky Views Observatory itself.

The Address Sky View is the name of the tower. It measures 219.5 meters above the ground. On its 52nd and 53rd floors, you can find the Sky Views Observatory. It is a 25-meter long glass floor passageway connecting the twin towers.

From there, you can capture an Instagrammable view of the Burj Khalifa and the great city of Dubai.

The Sky Views Observatory is the passageway connecting the twin towers of The Address Sky View.

But aside from sightseeing, you can also try and enjoy different activities to make your trip more exciting and memorable.

Things to DoCapture memorable photos
Of course, you will not miss freezing the moment with snaps from your camera or smartphone, with the cityscape and the majestic view of the Burj Khalifa in the background.

Take a courageous slide down the outdoor glass slideThe Sky Views Observatory features a transparent glass tube from the 53rd going down to the 52nd floor of the tower. The feeling will surely leave you sliding down to the ground floor.

Face your fear of heights with the Edge WalkAre you looking for a more adventurous activity in the place? The Edge Walk is the one you should face. It is a hands-free airwalk activity on the top of the tower that will surely give you an adrenaline rush. The challenge: Can you dare to look down and finish walking around?

Dine in at Panorama 52What’s a trip without food trip? After the fun activities, you will surely start to crave a delicious meal at Panorama 52. If you visit in the afternoon, you can witness the beautiful sunset while having dinner.

Tips When Visiting
  • Ensure you arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled visit. You will have enough time to check the place, do some sightseeing, and of course, capture a lot of picture-perfect poses as well.

  • Check the weather before visiting to ensure you can have the best view. It will be disappointing if you cannot enjoy the city view from up there if it is too cloudy or foggy.

  • If you want the best view of Dubai, the best time to visit the Sky Views Observatory is during the sunset. You will surely not miss the picturesque bright lights of the city from up there. However, please be mindful of the many visitors at this time. If you want to avoid the crowd, you can try early afternoon or late in the evening.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, especially if you want to try the activities. Avoid wearing dresses, skirts, high heels, and shoes with metal edges as they can scratch or damage the glass.

  • Do not bring your smartphone, remove accessories or jewelry, and take off your eyeglasses as they may all fall, especially if you try the Edge Walk.

Visit Ain Dubai, the World’s Tallest Ferris Wheel

7/31/2022

Dubai has a lot of attractions to offer. The newest addition to their list of landmarks is Ain Dubai. Just like the Burj Khalifa and Sky Views, this gigantic observation wheel will allow you to witness a 360-degree skyline view of the city.
The Ain Dubai, or Dubai Eye in Arabic, takes pride in its height measuring 250 meters, while each of its legs stands 126 meters high. It is double the size of another famous Ferris wheel, the London Eye.
Location
To visit Ain Dubai, head to the Bluewaters Island in Dubai on Dubai Marina. It is across the beachfront of Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR). Within a 15-minute walk from JBR, you can already reach your destination. The view is already eye-catching from below, so you might capture as many photos while heading there.
Things to DoTake a ride and enjoy the 360-degree view of Dubai’s skylineYou can enjoy a 38-minute breathtaking experience as you witness the beauty of the city's skyline. From up there, you can see Dubai's beautiful coastline. You can also enjoy taking photos of famous landmarks, such as the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab.

When booking a ride on Ain Dubai, you can either choose from three cabin categories such as observation cabins, social cabins, and private cabins.

Depending on which cabin you choose, you can get to experience more luxuries.

For example, booking a VIP cabin can give you the best dining experience 250 meters above the ground. You can also host parties there with your family, friends, or colleagues. The social cabin can give you access to Ain Dubai Seaview Lounge and a delicious dining experience.

But regardless of what you choose, for sure you can have an air-conditioned stay and photo opportunities on the unbeatable views of Dubai’s skyline as your background.

When your time’s up, you can still enjoy the view of the Ain Dubai on the ground, especially at night. The wheel’s base has a large LED screen that showcases world-class entertainment.
Visit nearby attractionsThe Bluewaters, the location of Ain Dubai, also offers other attractions you can try visiting.

One of them is Cove Beach. You can book your stay there if you still do not want to leave the Bluewaters. They offer a Mediterranean vibe accommodation with the turquoise blue water of the Arabian Gulf as your backdrop. Plus, you can also marvel at the picturesque view of Ain Dubai.

If you still have the time and energy to go around, why not take a visit to Madame Tussauds. It is a museum that features wax figures of different famous personalities.
Tips When VisitingFor an unforgettable experience at Ain Dubai, here are some of the tips you should take note of as you visit:

  • Schedule your tour around 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. to witness the best views. However, it may be too crowded. If you want to avoid the crowds, you can go in the morning or later in the evening when you can also experience a colder atmosphere.

  • If you are traveling with your family and want to take great snaps of your trip with the best background, the best cabin to book is the observation cabin.

  • Food and beverages are allowed inside the cabin. You can buy one on the concession stands on the ground before you hop in.

Dubai is a city known for its modern architecture and luxurious lifestyle. Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach Residence have been the top tourist spots in Dubai for the longest time. But there’s the newest creation that will surely satiate your luxurious lifestyle - the Bluewaters Island. It is a stylish residence with a selection of international cuisines and shopping outlets. Experience the bliss point between metropolitan living and an exclusive island feel.

What Is Bluewaters Island?

It is a man-made island connected to the Jumeirah Beach Residence by bridges. It’s a full-fledged lifestyle destination with residential buildings, international retail and food outlets, hospitality, and entertainment. It is the latest spot to visit in Dubai.

It is a remarkable home for those who want to live and work within a great community. Apart from the high-end retail and dining outlets, it’s also filled with amusement hubs like the Ain Dubai, Madame Tussauds Museum, vertical gardens, and many more. You don’t have to worry about the heat because there are so-called “mushrooms” that serve as shades in the walkways. You can stay there to refresh from the long walk or jump to the public beach that is connected to the pedestrian bridge.

Accessibility
Bluewaters Island is accessible and well connected to Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Most people walk on the footbridge for about 20 minutes from Jumeirah and Marina to avoid the traffic. If you prefer to go there via car, no need to worry about the parking because the underground parking is free for visitors. Another option is via public transport – Dubai Marina tram station is a few minute-walk away from the Wharf Link footbridge.

How Do You Get to Bluewaters?
There are a lot of options to get there. It can be through:
Walking
If you are coming from Jumeirah Beach Residence, head over to the footbridge called “The Wharf Link,” and you will be led to the beachside entertainment of Bluewaters Island.

Metro Train

There are two options if you choose to take the metro:
  • Damac Metro Station – It is 9 min walk away
  • Dubai Marina Mall – Estimated 12 min walk
Water Taxi

5/7/2022

Are you traveling to a certain destination and have a layover in Dubai? It can be for a day or even if it’s just for 6 hours. Don’t waste it sitting at the airport or your hotel room. Dubai has so much to offer. It is known for its spectacular sights, glamorous city, and best-tasting dishes. Let’s say you will be in Dubai for a business meeting and have a short time to explore the city. Here are some tips to make the most of it:

  1. Stay in a hotel near the following: Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Souks of Dubai, and Dubai fountains. These are just some of the top sights to explore.
  2. For your convenience, plan before your trip and pre-book your transfer. Don’t let the hot climate stop you from exploring this beautiful city.
  3. If you prefer to visit when it is not hot, the best season is between November and February. It is also the best time for shopping in Dubai! Visit the Dubai Shopping Mall for great deals.
Now, let’s jump straight to the top sights and things to do:
Balloon ride
Best if you will do this early morning. This is a great experience if you want to watch the sunrise break over the city. You will be flying with a pilot in your balloon at 4,000 feet above the ground. After watching over the city, you will be picked up to enjoy a gourmet breakfast. Allot at least 3 hours for this incredible experience, and expect to be back at your hotel before 9 A.M.
The famous Burj Al Arab
Burj Al Arab is treated like the Eiffel Tower in Paris. For sure, you have seen many tourists posting their tours in Burj Al Arab. This elegant architecture has become Dubai’s symbol. It’s one of the tallest hotels in the world, but it’s a struggle to even book a single room here. Nevertheless, you still shouldn’t miss it for a snap.

The Souks of Dubai

If you have extra hours to go further from your hotel room, grab the metro and explore the Spice and Gold Souks of Dubai. This will be your magical place if you love gold, silk, herbs, and spices.

Check out Burj Khalifa

Another skyscraper to visit is the Burj Khalifa. If you like sights from above, then this is an experience you shouldn’t miss. Enjoy the view from the 148th floor’s observation deck for AED 300.

Watch the Dubai Fountains

Just in front of Burj Khalifa, you can witness the world’s largest dancing fountains on Burj Lake. Every 30 minutes, they play a different song and choreographed fountains.

Experience the Yacht Cruise

This has to be booked in advance as they don’t accept walk-ins. Sail by the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Islands, and Palm Atlantis in a yacht for 2 hours along Dubai’s shores. Just search for the Dubai Marina to see if it’s accessible from your hotel. Usually, the fastest way to get there is via the Metro line.

What are the best dishes to try?

Are you up for a gastronomical adventure in Dubai? Dubai cuisine is a mix of Arabic, Lebanese, and Iranian food, so if you are fond of those cuisines, you will surely enjoy your stay. Whether you are vegetarian or not, Dubai has many options to try. But since you have a limited time to explore for a full course meal, here are some food that you can have on the go:

1. Barata and Shai Karak

Shai Karak is a famous milk tea in Dubai inspired by India’s Masala Chai. It has that strong rich flavor, but differs from Masala Chai in the way that it has fewer spices. If you’re a tea lover, you should not miss this one. For a full breakfast experience, you can also get the Barata, which is Indian bread. You can have it as it is or with dips.

2. Manakish

It’s a flat cheese bread from Lebanon, which is often served with thyme. This can also be paired with Karak.

3. Shawarma

Of course, the famous Shawarma is found across the globe. But despite being common, still, nothing beats the taste of Dubai’s Shawarma. Whether for breakfast, snack, lunch, or dinner, you can always grab a bite.
