Corrections Policy

A clear route for reporting an error and understanding how editorial changes are made.

Flag a specific issue

Tell the editorial team which page or statement may be wrong, and include the corrected information or a reliable way to check it.

Editorial assessment

The editorial team assesses reports against the information available and the importance of the change. A correction is not based solely on a commercial request.

Update transparently

When a material error is confirmed, the page is corrected. The wording is updated so readers are not left with a misleading price, condition, or description.

What can be corrected

Corrections can include inaccurate attraction facts, misleading descriptions, broken or mislabelled booking links, and prices or conditions that are no longer presented responsibly. Because operators can change their information, readers should still verify live details before travel or purchase.

How to report an error

Send the page URL, the statement in question, and the relevant correction to thedubai.tickets@gmail.com or through the Contact page. Specific reports help the editorial team assess the issue efficiently.

Material and minor changes

A material correction changes a reader’s understanding of a price, availability, eligibility, location, safety-related condition, or what a ticket includes. The editorial team prioritises these changes. Minor wording, formatting, and link-maintenance updates may be made without a separate note.

Editorial and commercial requests

A correction request is evaluated on the evidence and the reader impact, not on whether the requester is an attraction, booking partner, or advertiser. Affiliate relationships do not prevent a correction, and they do not guarantee one.

Reviews and visit claims

First-person reviews are only published after a documented visit. If a page incorrectly implies a visit or personal experience, report it so the editorial team can correct the wording.
