Day 1: one Downtown anchor

Check any waterfront entertainment schedule through current official information. Do not build the day around an old fountain timetable. Leave room for entry checks, the walk through the mall and the return journey.

Day 2: choose the coast or an indoor activity

A Bluewaters and JBR day pairs naturally with Ain Dubai, subject to your confirmed slot. Alternatively, choose a substantial indoor activity such as Ski Dubai or IMG Worlds and keep the rest of the day nearby.

The Museum of the Future currently announces a temporary exhibition closure; do not reserve a full morning for standard admission without a confirmed reopening. Avoid combining a full theme-park day with several distant timed appointments.

Day 3: Old Dubai, with space for the evening

Explore Old Dubai and the Creek using a connected walking route and current boat services. Verify access to museums separately rather than relying on historic opening information.

If adding a desert safari, confirm the pickup location and window before planning the morning. Leave time to return to the meeting point and prepare. A safari can occupy most of the afternoon and evening.

How to adapt the plan and budget

Price only the activities you choose, then add transport, meals and optional extras. A city pass is useful only when its exact inclusions are available and fit the itinerary. Do not apply a fixed estimated saving to every three-day trip.

For summer, swap long walks for indoor stops. With children, reduce the number of reservations and build in rest. The aim is three workable days, not the largest possible attraction count.
